Myoclonus and Seizure
Myoclonus most commonly going to be due to some, um, systemic condition or toxic exposure. If lethargy and myoclonic jerking does the patient have renal failure or liver failure or some type of intoxication, that is causing both depressed mental status and myclonic jerking. Christfeltia, a cup disease, although it's fortunately very uncommon one in a million disease. And then what to do with the lethargy? Well, it depends. Is this person tired and you've all seen when you'd see your classmates falling asleep in lecture and medical school right? People have these jerks hypnagogic and hypnoponic.
