Microsoft doesn't even have a controlling interest in open AI. Microsoft has a non-controlling minority interest in a for-profit company that is wholly owned by a nonprofit. There are going to be a lot of entrance into the space and we haven't even referred to entities in China where there's also an enormous amount of investment, including by the government and innovation.
