Parapsychology people have kind of borrowed this term non local it's not really the same as what quantum physicists are using necessarily. The reason is because when they talk about local causation that's where you can trace an actual cause and effect chain from an event or cause to the actual outcome or consequence of that causal chain. For example, typical is bill your balls you hit one bill your ball. That's easily observable as a causal chain. And that's local, even though it could go on for miles and miles and thousands of miles. But non local is where you have a cause here and you have an effect here. And there's no connection.
