The Importance of Relationships in Mindfulness

When we feel disconnected in our lives, we tend to feel unwell. Connection is at the appa centre of feeling well. We are ultimately wired to feel safe and secure. When you surround yourself with people who are being the change you want to see in the world, you're way more likely to level up into that space than if you’re surrounding yourself with strangers. And so there's something about these invisible threads between us or whether we get to call it 'mono neurons' which makes it easier for us to become what we want to be.
