The Importance of Diversifying Uncorrelated Investments
I sometimes think that it would take a Japanese-style stock market, perhaps, to really get some people to say we have to change. I don't know if it'll take a Japanese type of downturn, but some sort of a shock in the system. People try to overthink the environmental factors for trend following and then they try to time them. There's no law that says a market cannot go. from 100 something down to 85 or where is it now? Don't have to have massive volatility.
