I think biotech over a historical period is viewed as owned right as a distinct asset class. And so while there's always going to be competition for capital, given there's a finite amount of capital to go around, I do think that biotech does stand out and it's viewed as a distinct Asset Class. But we all know the issues around tech right now also.
