How to Find the Right Therapist for You

You shouldn't love your therapist or feel better necessarily after therapy. The bad idea is to heal, and that often feels not so good for a while. If you have trauma, you need to be with somebody with really ideally LCSW, ID, PhD after their name. Look for things like EMDR and various kinds of, you know, there's all kinds of ways not to hook the brain on the body up.
