There's some parallels from 1994 as well and you know the late 80s too. The scale of the misallocation of capital when the price was at zero for such a long period of time is only starting to become evident. There's going to be a lot of risk that manifests into actual losses here pockets like commercial real estate, autos which probably isn't getting enough attention.
