LZ Granderson: Whistleblowers are not disgruntled employees looking for something wrong in their organization. Some people like Lynn Ariema are just doing their job, he says. LZ: 42% of frauds are discovered by a whistleblower and we need to continue to cultivate bravery. We also have to cultivate commitment. It's important for us to cultivate hope.
