Space Elevator

There's nothing possibly strong enough to maintain a Dyson Sphere around a black hole. The only way it won't fall into black hole is if you fire your rocket engine really hard, but then you can calculate it and your rocket fuel will then fall into the black hole as you project it backwards. So that's a complete non-starter. And people talk about carbon nanotubes, which at the moment just exist in labs, including one of the more I'm sitting right now, that, you know, erony centimeter ish in length. They're just not nearly strong enough to build a space elevator around a black Hole.
