What's the Scope of the Attack on Voting Rights?

First, there was this unprecedented turnout in 20 20 and then there was an attempt to try to throw out millions of predominantly black and brown votes. So it's obviously evolved. And i think what you have to look is the scope of the attack on voting rights. It's called two point o for a reason, right?
