God's Choice for Us in Jesus Christ

Ephesians chapter 1, verse 4 is an example of what I'm talking about. It says that even as he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. Now friends, for me, that gives me a great sense of confidence as I move forward in life right now. Even when I do sin, I can look at his promise to me that that sin is not his intention for me. He's already had the final word by placing me into Jesus.
