Small Caps - A Great Opportunity for Small Cap Investors
Francis: Small caps are real live individual businesses. And I think they are just on the cusp as well of what could be a really interesting market. They're basically facing the same type of issues as we find domestically in terms of tightening monetary policy, fiscal policy,. So we would view them as another great opportunity. Francis: It's very hard to tell where we are in the economic cycle or if we've still got trouble ahead. But it sounds like small businesses have already been preparing for and were seeing demand.
