Introduction

Rationally speaking is a presentation of new york city sceptics dedicated to promoting critical thinking, sceptical inquiry and science education. This week we focus on the frontier of alternatives to higher education. We'll start by laying out what i think the benefits of the standard higher education model are. And then maybe that'll make it easier for us to talk about to what extent we think these alternatives are actually good substitutes.
