The Importance of Keeping Your Emails Clean

She had been sending pictures up to two weeks after she got it when she was using it. That was the only one that I never felt like I had a chance to make it right with her. It's funny how she set up, um, your alibi for you by sending you the pictures. She must have used the word Etsy and some of those emails actually deleted them.
