Soldiers should get exposed to heavier sleds than 90 pounds, they should know what it feels like to drag a person in their kit. You can hold weight when you do those hill repeats and sprints I mean obviously there is a sprint in this but sprinting up a hill will add kind of the equivalent of adding weight to a sprint. Once you decide on your interval structure in your time you can have some fun with the movement selections It doesn't always have to be sprinting dragging, shuffling laterally and carrying I think you know you can get away with that.
