Exercise can take all kinds of different forms, whether it's dancing, gardening, vacuming. And particularly as we get older, even things like going for a brisk walk is an extremely effective exercise for most people. There was some suggestion that too much exercise is bad for us and there are certainly downsides to doing a lot of exercise. But i think a lot of them have been kind of misreported.
