I'd love to hear from brands who have done it to shout more about the successes of it, the challenges they were met with. The opportunity is in grassroots, but also in the inclusion and diversity piece. There's also school initiatives to get football to be something that all girls have access to. Beyond that, unless you live near a pitch that's accessible to you as a little girl, and you have parents who can bring you, you're not going to get there.
