The Effects of Grave Crater Training on Upper Body Exercise

The aim of this intervention was to quote markedly increase the roller ski training and more specifically upper body exercise through grave crater emphasis on double polling. All subjects performed two short workouts with general strength training per week. The researchers took muscle biopsies from the triceps and from the vastis lateralis so the quad before and after the intervention.
