In parts of the world where archaeologists were not involved early on in the ancient d an a research, just how much tension there has grown to be. And it's growing increasingly difficult to bridge that gap as the two areas of study diverge. But i think by having archaeologist involved at the very beginning of a project and helping shape which questions are asked from the archaeological record, we can get at a better kind of archaeogenetics.
