The Light of Christ and the Holy Ghost in Mormon Theology

Elder Bednar: There is at least one doctrinal exception to a person receiving revelation from the Holy Ghost prior to receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. The light of Christ and the Holy Ghost are defined in much the same way, kind of like marriages versus ceilings. He says Baptists should wait until we have been baptized into the LDS Church before they're given the gift ofthe Holy Ghost. Elder Bednar's wife Susan wasn't part of any of the conversation but he wishes he could have seen her reactions or get her thoughts on this as well.
