CK Editor 5 in Drupal 10?

CK editor got an upgrade from 5 from CK editor 4, which was an experimental option. When you install CK editor 5 in Drupal 10.0, you'll notice that the editor interface is a lot tinier. I like the way that it handles the little kind of balloon pop-ups instead of creating a modal.
