Getting Credibility to the Element, Persuading Leadership
I'm thinking about two aspects of an audit. For me, one is, what have i missed? But i'm also thinking about the cred ity play. Im have to talkove management about getting money and resources to work on this problem. So in some ways i feel like having that external audit to helpo show that i've made a good priortize list. I just think that credibility to the equation, persuading leadership is hard. These are not money making exercises,. It feels no different then i want to change all the door locks in the building to a better lock.
