How to Achieve Product Mindset Skills

Right now our problems are largely deep learning based. However, I think there is one more level of skills that I would personally be looking for in this kind of role. And that is like a product mindset. So we're not just ML engineers. It's not like you can build a model and be done with it. You really have to think about that end goal business metric That should be the thing that is governing your design choices.
