There's three primary types of fat: trans fat, saturated fat and unsaturated fat. Trans fatty acids are usually the result of a manufacturing process that come from a hydrogenation process that's purely manmade. Saturated fat is the type of fat that like there is a war on saturated fat happening right now. And you should be eating as much saturated fat as you possibly can because many tissues in your body run off of saturated fat. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. It's probably not avoid all saturated fat. It'sprobably not eat a bunch of saturated fat; it's somewhere in the mid-range.
