Agile - Is There a Better Way?

When i was in house, there wasn't an ex expectation to work late. I think there was a culture of longer hours, working in the evenings. It's interesting what you say around actually that potentially leading to diminishing returns. Is that just the culture of consulting generally? Is there a better way to do that? Tat you've you've potentially found i think there are times when you have to work hard.
