Is Inpo Dumping Bad?

Everything that happens in a story is exposition, because all of it is conveying information. And part of our job is to mask that and to use a bunch of different techniques so that the reader doesn't notice that. One of my favorite books is hitch hacker's guide to the galaxy. That is literally one big inpho dump. But we don't care, because of what howard said, because it's entertaining. Oh, he just, it's literally an encyclopaedia giving us inform all the time.
