Ayurveda Exercise for Transcendental Health
Exercising for transcendence is the highest level of exercise in Ayurvede. We use A, B and C regularly over time combined with what's appropriate for our body type. Over time as we remove that stress it becomes almost like a exercise meditation so we're cultivating the nervous system from both sides every day doing TM removing stress lowering metabolism through mental activity.
