The Last Stand of Sparta
The spartans have marched into theban territory with the intent of making an example. They're led by one of their kings, a guy named cleum brotus. He's got 700 hoplites under his command and about ten thousand allied infantry backing him up. But it would turn out to be the true last stand of sparta. There was nothing glorious about it. Back on the spartan side, cleumbrotus isn't liking his odds here at all. And so he reluctantly gives the order to make battle preparations.
