The Number One Health Risk Is Breathing Deep

Breathing is the most powerful force in our life, and nothing is taught about it. I call it the number one health risk really. So what i love about this change the pattern of your breathing. Let's just gently work on opening up a that belly. Need not be dramatic. Let'sjust go at the pace of nature. And then once it opens, then we connect up the top and the bottom, and it's, o my god. This is what a full breath is. Wow.
