Housing is always going to be a secure investment, especially on the small multifamily and the single-family realm. We're not having people go in with stated income for 100% financing with variable rate. That's just bad lending terms that people aren't evaluating their properties. So if there is a fluctuation in market value, you know, the cash flow is not there, you're in a bad spot.
