We want businesses that have real predictability, great recession proof for a recession-resistant characteristics. Cyclical businesses are businesses that can dilute you at the bottom. The common thread is we want to partner with CEOs that have a lot of skin in the game. It's taken almost 12 years to get here. But now we have a portfolio of companies that are owner operated,. high ROIC with low cyclicality.
