The Supreme Court's Decision on Abortion Rights

There was no real, substantial history of protection for abortion rights in american legal tradition. The only stipulation that the majority makes for why it shouldn't have any implication is to say, well, but abortion special because abortion concerns a potential life. If this is how you think of an enumerated right, various decisions of the court are also in jeopardy. I think there'll be many cases where, because they don't want to overturn it, they'll say, starry decisis makes it that we can't overturn it - even though our method would lead to its being overturned.
