i brought my sons through one by another guy named the josh trent. He has a pod cask called the the wellnese forst podcast, as hg is called. We do about 15 to 20 minutes on that other ship ap typically. About two times a month, we drop in ito the son, and we like to fall along like 60 minute long breath work sessions. I think it's the best breath work ap right now out there. It's a lot like whim hoffstyle stuff,. A lot of praneomistyle techniques... i mean, olly of those things gets you high as a kite.
