Is There Anything That the West Can Do to Improve the Sanctions?
Russia's economy is expected to contract by ten percent this year. The fact that macdonald is now a russian company with a russian brand, and not the macdonald's menu, may be a little bit excitingfor russians for the first couple of weeks. But when all these western consumer brands are no longer available in russia as a result sanctions, or as a result of just western economic decapling, all of that will create a reality for r Russian consumers.
