Is There a Downhill Slope From Adulthood?
A lot of the things that I've been really fascinated by have actually kind of peppered in here in the last hour, just kind of randomly in. The Bill Perkins book, the Diwaziro, clearly the limitless and the health. One thing I'm a huge fan of Dr. Peter Atia's podcast called The Drive. He's talked for years about doing a lot of like very difficult physical performance challenges. And then he basically shut it all down a couple years ago in favor of this rehabilitation program called DNS. It's dynamic neuromuscular stabilization. A lot of us compensate in the same way as in terms of hunched shoulders or tight hip flexors.
