How Large Does Sample After How Many Losses Before We Have This?
I'm proud of our record. We've had at least four deals that have abandoned either the doorstep of litigation or after litigation has been filed. I view that as a very successful record standing alone. Two of those other mergers that you mentioned are currently under appeal, and so until those cases are worked through the courts, I don't think it's fair to make a final determination about where they're going to come out.
