The first 31 charges are brought under the Espionage Act and that's the key language, willfully either disclosed or retained documents. So those two pieces are going to be very important willfully and having unauthorized possession. And so I think what they're going to be arguing here is that it is his decision whether or not records are presidential records or personal records. It's going to be a legal argument combined with saying even if I'm wrong about the law, I didn't have a criminal intent.
