She says if you were working with a client who is struggling with writing, having some similar challenges with writing based on past events, how would you work with that client? Jones: How do we take these vague, important goals like doing taxes, writing, and turn them into actionable steps? Break it. Just like with writing, can you sit down and spend 15 minutes organizing what you want to write? Don't write, but just be it a formal outline or just filling out index cards with just diverse thoughts.
