More than 8 million Ukrainians are refugees scattered across Europe. More than 5 million are internally displaced in their own country. There's no clear estimate on how many Ukrainian civilians and soldiers have been killed, but tens of thousands are believed to be dead. We ask Secretary of State Antony Blinken what the world's responsibility is to Ukrainians at this moment.
