The Side Effects of Glycene on Blood Glucose

Sleep aspect is definitely one of the more interesting ones, and that has been replicated in several studies. The chances of low dose, three grams of glycene before bed benefiting your sleep quality is probably pretty good. If you're goin to try to get ten grams, ou're going to be using a lot of cologin. So i'd like to turn the floor to either of you guys. What do you guys think about any of the potential side effects or risks of supplementing with these high doses?
