Michael Wolraich: I have a candidate who works for a large IT company in the United States. He was telling me about how career rotation across the different units is something he really wants to show on his resume. If you're a senior person, career rotation doesn't look good unless you're managing a very, very large portfolio, right? "I don't mind if you're being rotated around different parts of the business," Wolraich says. But career rotation only looks good when you're junior.
