Is a Civil War a Good Idea?

A, i think a lot of this is just a failure of kind of imagin and ability to accept from a group like brookings that there's no clear regional split. The number one thing you should be looking at in terms of whether or not a civil war is likely, is the number of people who respond in poles with things like we need to use violence to restore the nation. A, and again, that doesn't mean we'll, we'll creep over the point. There's still a number of questions there, and we don't have any clean answers.
