Is California and New York Taking the Lead in the MTC?
I think one of the things you said there's some growing interest by states in looking into is developing new or more detailed rules for taxing large, complex, multi-state pass-through entities. Can you talk to us about what states may be doing in 2023 on this issue? Yes, absolutely. The pass-through area, I believe, is an area where we will see continued development. And it seems like we'll probably start to continue to see some development with the MTC as well.
