The Importance of Community Independence in Australian Politics
I think it means, Australian politics now that so many community independence have been elected. It really makes it hard for the LNP to use climate as a wedge issue now. I realized pretty early on that it wasn't that we had to convince people that climate change was an issue. What we had to do was convince people that engaging as citizens in our democracy was important and could make a difference. And I feel like that we've, you know, in a whole lot of electorates now, people have seen that. Hopefully other people and other electorates are seeing that too. That's a really important legacy.
