How to Respond to Clients

Before responding in situations, especially online or to friends and family, I like to check in with how I am feeling. And that will always show me where my mind is, right? Like it's like it doesn't lie. Excitement and desperation can be subtle. So many of you are afraid of being salesy, but salesy only happens when all you can think about is the sale and making money and getting a client. You forget to be human to be a professional.
