The Growth of the Music Business
Metal Blade had the best year in 2019 that we've ever had gross money but here's where the artists and I argue with artists for a long time about this because they were all very negative. We're writing big checks to artists for for royalties that we haven't written in 15 years is that due to streaming stuff. People are still buying physical product but spending ten bucks a month to go listen to whatever they want right whenever they want which is great as long as they're listening to our music then all of us are making money. The more things get streamed the more money's coming in so people are seeing that the music business could grow like crazy.
