I always feel con when I go to a conference thinking that I'm going to see a speaker. And then there's a panel discussion or even if it's an interview one to one because the burden of preparation moves from the speaker to the facilitator. Often I feel like you're asking them level one questions when they have level 10 ideas. If you ask me to prepare a keynote, I'm thinking long and hard of what I want to say. But if you tell me that you want to show up and you want to interview me, I give it no moment's thoughts until you ask me the question when I'm sitting on the stage. Yeah.
