The search warrant and particularly the underlying affidavit were not public until the special register litigation started. It's still strange that she would not have wanted to see them for making this decision very very fair critique critique there I think. Do we have a sense about when a trial is actually going to happen or is that just too far, too contingent on too many other intermediary decisions really know at this point?
