There's a framework we use here called retrust and it stands for being remarkable, experiential, transparent, using reciprocity. Utility is the you, social status and timeliness. Of the seven variables in this construct, six of them are experiential and one of them utilitarian. So every product or service should have the utilitarian aspect to it.
